Change Your Password

1.  Visit the portal Log-on page.

2.  Click the log-in button.

3.  Select Forgot Password.

4.  You will need to fill in the security questions associated with your account/locale.

5.  You will be prompted to create a new password and give final confirmation.

Password Expiration

Passwords within the portal do not expire.  In the event that you need to reset your password, your temporary password will be available to you indefinitely until your next log-in.

Go to the Log-in page and select "Forgot Password"

Fill in your username and select "Next"

Fill in the answers to "your" security questions and select "Next"

Fill in your new password and confirm, then select "Finish"

You will then be brought back to the main Log-in Page where you will need to type in your username and new password!
